Kilmarnock, Scotland and supplies high
quality game and speciality produce to delicatessens, pubs
and restaurants across the UK.
Braehead Foods sources game from
over 100 estates
across Scotland, including venison, pheasant, partridge, grouse and
rabbit. It is the only supplier in Scotland of Gressingham Duck.
The company also supplies cheese, oils, dry goods and Barry Callebaut
chocolate.
Braehead Foods supply a variety of
Food outlets throughout Britain
ranging from Michelin star, and rossetted restaurants to your local
delicatessen, as well as all Scotlands Michelin-starred
chefs. Since 2003 they have been exporting
wholesale game to USA, France, Germany, Italy and Belgium.
Since 2008, Braehead Foods have
been supplying game to one of the UK's leading supermarkets.
The company currently turns
over £6 million
per
annum.
