Craig Stevenson, Owner & Managing Director


   Craig Stevenson has 30 years experience in the food processing and distribution industry. He started his professional career in meat processing before moving into the bakery industry, working as Sales Manager of Riverside Bakeries at a time when the company was the largest independent bakery wholesaler in the country.
   Craig Stevenson set up his own wholesale distribution bakery business before an opportunity arose in 1999 to invest in Braehead Foods - a small farm operation run from the Craufurdland Estate.
    Utilising his broad knowledge of the food industry coupled with limitless enthusiasm, Craig Stevenson built Braehead Foods Ltd to be one of the country's leading suppliers of game, cheese and a full range of produce to hotels, restaurants and wholesalers throughout Europe.
